About

Madison Park Injury Law was founded in 2025 with a singular goal: delivering better results by employing attorney-driven, individualized strategy on every case.

Other law firms reuse the same tactics and briefing in all of their cases. Many law firms assign your case to a paralegal or negotiator to extract a quick settlement. Madison Park Injury Law is different. At Madison Park Injury Law, your case strategy and negotiations are always tailored to your individual case and developed specifically for you by your attorney.

Prior to founding Madison Park Injury Law, attorney Kyle Jones spent years as a defense litigator handling large and complex cases in California and Washington state courts, as well as federal district courts across the nation. He has litigated matters involving professional, general, and premises liability, construction defect, environmental claims, multi-employer worksites, landlord-tenant disputes, defamation, nuisance, insurance bad faith, automobile personal injury, and wrongful death, taking many cases through conclusion. He has successfully argued multiple cases before the Washington State Court of Appeals and taken numerous cases to verdict.

Working a broader range of cases in more specialized areas of practice from start to finish gave Kyle the opportunity to learn what really works and what does not in litigation practice. Today, Kyle uses this extensive experience to provide unique insights to plaintiffs, advising clients on exactly what to expect in most cases and how to avoid common defense traps.

Kyle graduated from the University of Washington before attending UCLA School of Law. After many successful years as an insurance and private defense attorney in Los Angeles, Kyle and his family relocated to Seattle. In 2021, he began representing plaintiffs and immediately started delivering excellent results for his clients. Kyle has recovered over $75 million on behalf of his clients and is responsible for what is believed to be the largest single-amputation settlement in Washington state history.

Every case is different, but Kyle excels at delivering clients results they never considered possible.
